Post Pallets

Post Pallets or Scaffolding Stillages

Post pallets – also known as scaffolding stillages – are reinforced with a series of central bars and are ideal for the safe storage and transportation of items such as Scaffolding Tube. These are primarily used for the storage of goods or commodities that are load sensitive.

The number and design of inner frame tubes can be customized to suit customer requirement.

Suitable MHE

The pallets can be operated using forklifts, stackers as well as hand pallet truck.

The pallets can be stacked upon each other by means of demountable, collapsible or

The welded tubular design of the pallet reduces the damage due to frequent forklift operations and hence, increases its life.

Surface Finish

The pallets can be powder coated or epoxy coated of desired shade as required by the customer.

Load Bearing Capacity

The pallets are highly suitable for extremely heavy duty applications and can withstand a dynamic loading of up to 1500 kg and static loading of up to 5000 kg.

Our Scaffolding Stillages are available in various standard as well as custom sizes. From medium duty to heavy duty applications, we have different size and weight dependent sub-variants for different requirements in terms of their application, dimensions, and loading capacity. Here's the chart to give you a brief idea.

Post Pallets or Scaffolding Stillages

The post pallets are welded and powder coated. They are very suitable for extremely harsh operating conditions. Be it frequent loading or unloading of heavy goods or accidental improper handling, they sustain everything without getting significantly damaged. Depending upon the application and loading condition, they can be further customized so that they are just right for the intended use. The process of design and virtually testing them using computer simulations enables us to provide you a perfect solution.
